Congrats to those who get into the Social Science Society Exco. At least, I see the “want” in them to run and be in the exco. Best of luck to these friends of mine.

If you’re wondering what I’ve been doing?
Here’s a sneak peek into my life. I’ve dropped one more module in school. And I’m in the running for the pioneer exco for Apolitical Association (SMU’s Political Association) as well as in the nomination for Social Science Students’ Society.
Here’s a sneak peek of the nomination video of Social Science Students’ Society. Note: You see it first!

Ugly Ramadan

And so here comes the period whereby all Muslim’s happily fast and break fast together. And as a bystander, I happily admire their determination to do so. But it just angers me during this period as well. I’m not afraid to say that my neighbourhood is filled with inconsiderate Malays who happily park their vehicles anywhere and everywhere causing inconvenience to everyone, just because they want to buy food to break fast. So, it doesn’t really bothers me in fact since I’m not driving. But it bothers me when people keep horning like nobody’s business. And this is where a poor neighbourhood chap gets bothered! The amount of intangible damage to me is so significant that I’ve been getting headaches almost everyday I remain at home during this period. And so, if any kind Malay souls out there, please kindly ask your fellow race to be considerate. We know you are damn hungry (a hungry man is an angry man, I know that). But you don’t have to make the whole neighbourhood as angry as u. Damn u!

BOSS Bidding
July 17, 2008 · No Comments
O don’t I just hate bidding. Bidding over and over again and still, not getting my desired modules. Why can’t the school design some sample curriculum which people can at least refer to rather than making it plan and misplan and plan and misplan over and over again.

For the first time…
June 13, 2008 · No Comments
For the first time, we see the military physical training got suspended due to the 2 recent deaths. Isn’t it funny? Over the past decade, we have seen military personnels dying due to the same or even worse physical training and yet, we don’t see it being suspended. For all our nation’s progress, training has become easier and less heavyweight, and what we see is only more complains from the public due to such reports. Instead, one should really ask themselves if the people have become more pampered and weaker. Issues like admission to universities, military physical training, and even the escapes of convicts have shown how pampered and complacent Singaporeans have become. For once, can the public even stop complaining about these instituitions and reflect on their own wrong-doing.

Happy Boy
June 9, 2008 · No Comments
I’m a happy boy tonight because I got my first ever A in SMU. Like finally, after slogging upside down inside out this sem to pull up the previous sem results. And more importantly, not wasting my $800 in this summer term. It’s definitely worthy.
